VT-315
EOL The VT-315, which is made of aluminum and plastic, is a mobile rack for five 3.5" or 2.5" SAS, S-ATA I/II/III HDDs for three 5.25" drive bays.
The mounted hard disks will be cooled by one 80mm fan in the rear, whose speed can be set at two levels. The temperature alert of the VT-315 can also be set individually to prevent the hard disks from overheating. A lock in the trays prevents the accidental removal of hard disks.
The VT-315 is supplied by two S-ATA connectors with power.
Please note! By use in combination with an Intel Onboard S-ATA-Controller the Controller has to be set to RAID-Mode (Hot-Plug will be set automatically) or every port separately to "Hot-Plug/external Port" (depends on your BIOS). If these settings are not available in your BIOS, maybe an error-free use is only possible by using an additional S-ATA-Controller.
